| Which do you prefer? Some are good, some are not so good for our neds. The ones like Linseed & Flax contain Omega 3 fatty acids that are good for coat, skin, muscle, bone etc. Some put on weight and whilst others can make a horse hyper. There is so much conflicting info out there (as usual). So...... what experiences have you guys had. What has worked well or not so well for you and your horse/pony. How much did you use, how long before you noticed any improvement or detremental effect? Let us know. Jax (UK) | |

| i use sunflower oil in ladys feeds i only use cap full a day this seems to help with her coat etc making it look shiner and not dull the way it used to had no bad experiences with it and its not affected her behaviour alot of owners use it on our livery yard only the elite of the yard use linseed oil but its more expensive and does the same job as sunflower so think ill stick to sunflower oil | |
